This error message is frequently found after installation on a new computer. Typically the OLI Network Service Provider will have the following error message in the event log
"Error, 02/15/18, 12:01:18, BUILTIN\Administrators, The service start failed with error 'ERROR_SERVICE_DEPENDENCY_DELETED(0x00000433)' "
The most common cause is that the computer does not have the latest drivers for the hardlock/softkey device.
The user needs to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site. See Installing the hardlock drivers manually
