Enabling optional calculations in OLI Flowsheet

There are several optional calculations which due to the additional calculates need (slower) are not enabled by default.

These calculations are:

Diffusivities
Gibbs Free Energy
Entropy
Viscosity
Electrical Conductivity
Heat Capacity
Thermal Conductivity
Surface Tension
Interfacial Tension
Pre-Scaling Tendencies
Total Dissolved Solids
Alkalinity
pH @ 25 C and 1 atm
