With the release of version 10.0 of the OLI software a new change in the structure of the databanks were created. We went from a 39 file database (also known as the FORTRAN database) to a single file SQL Light database. This is the way of the future, OLI will no longer develop data for the old format.

However, occasionally as user will need to use newly developed data in an older program such as Dynachem (as of 27-Jan-2021 only available in version 9.6 or earlier). To use the new data the database must be downgraded.
