Products no longer supported

Some products will eventually not be supported

OLI recognizes each product has a lifecycle. We have permitted our software to have long “tails” in the past. In one of the final stages of a lifecycle we move a software into “maintenance only mode” meaning no new development will be released in that product. One such product is our ScaleChem - Standard software.

We expect ScaleChem Standard to be in this mode with a time horizon of 3-5 years. At some point we will stop releasing new releases of a product. We support past releases to the best of our ability. However, if a problem exists in a past release that is fixed in a more recent release, we will not ‘retrofit’ a fix. However, this is negotiable based on client need.
