You must manually install the latest Hardlock Drivers from the official vendor’s website prior to installing OLI software:

Unzip the folder and run the HASPUserSetup.

After completing the driver installation, you can proceed to install the OLI software making sure the hardlock drivers are turned off:

Choose the ‘Custom’ setup type.

Click the ‘+’ icon to expand the Security section.

Click the dropdown icon for ‘Install Hardlock Drivers’ and select ‘Entire feature will be unavailable”.

Once you see the red X in front of ‘Install Hardlock Drivers’ use the ‘Next’ button to finish the installation.
