| When loading an existing cwa file created with 9.3.2 the Aspen ID and Alias are not loaded if they were modified.
| The
  "OLIAspenPlusComponentXRefMap" section in the cwa file was renamed
  to "OLIAspenPlusComponentXRefMapOld" but never loaded. Since no
  changes to the section were made, the loader now looks for both
  "OLIAspenPlusComponentXRefMap" and
  "OLIAspenPlusComponentXRefMapOld" and only writes out the section
  "OLIAspenPlusComponentXRefMap"
