Error Message Received: RPC NS BINDING IMPORT NEXT FAILED

Analysis: This is an issue for Vista and Windows 7

Most servers now do not broadcast the name of the server. This is a security measure. The OLI security first attempts to locate a name service running. If one is found then the name is used, if no service is found then it looks for the named entry. If no name was entered then this error message occurs.
