OLI Security Error

Security provider failed to initialize. Hardlock Error (15): Invalid environment string

If you have received the USB key and see the OLI security error window pop up,and the Reset hardlock key button is greyed out after restarting the software, please go to the security options and compare the screen to the following screen capture:

If you see the same error, please follow the next steps:

Please make sure your key PA******* is plugged in your usb port.

Please try reinstalling the hardlock drivers.
