If you see an error like the following, there could be more than one reasons for it. The probable reasons are listed after the image.

• Pressure lower than dew point pressure
• Temperature too high causing vaporization of the system
• Not enough liquid phase present
• Too much gaseous inflow resulting into stripping of the liquid phase
