  1. Open one single instance of OLI License Key Utility
  2. Ensure that all OLI desktop software is closed and not running

  1. Open one single instance of OLI License Key Utility
  2. Ensure that all OLI desktop software is closed and not running
  3. Make sure that OLI Network License Server is stopped
