This error message occurs during installation. Some of the libraries from Gelmato (Sentinal) are missing.
Specifically the haspvlib_112737.dll was missing in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP.
The drivers may actually have been installed with an older installation in the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel SDK
Copy the contents of that folder to the new folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP and try the installation again.
Download of the updated drivers from Gelmato and installing them resolved this issue.
