James Berthold

James Berthold is the Director of Client Relations for OLI Systems, Inc. He started with OLI Systems in 1988. James is the principal technical support person at OLI Systems. As of this writing he has the second most seniority at OLI Systems after the founder Marshall Rafal.

His primary responsibilities are

  • Technical Support
  • Client Relations
  • Documentation/Editing
  • Infrastructure support

When not helping users and fellow employees he spends his free time as a volunteer fire fighter and emergency medical technician.
