Change in Remote Access Server

On 1-September-2021, OLI changed the remote access server from a Microsoft Azure-hosted computer (olidisaster.northcentralus.cloudapp.azure.com) to an Amazon Web Service (AWS) hosted computer (dr.olisystems.com). Frankly, the costs of running the Azure-hosted computer became prohibitively expensive. The AWS-hosted computer is an order of magnitude less expensive.

However, this means you may get the following error message when you start an OLI program if you were using the old host.

The fix to this error is simple, Click the Security Options button.

Change the License Server Name from the current value to dr.olisystems.com

Leave all the other values the same.

Click OK and then close and restart the program.
