Failed to delete fridge token

A message is returned when starting the OLI software.


This is a message from the Sentinel License Developer Kit (LDK). The driver for the security layer has failed to properly register with the operating system.

Restart the OLI Software as an administrator

From the start menu, locate the OLI software (here we are using OLI Studio 9.5) and then right-click and then Run as Administrator

This will then allow the registry to properly recognize the drivers. You should not need to do this a second time.
