Installation of the OLI Engine for Unisim Design
A UniSim Design OLI client, can have different kinds of keys.
Please identify with the help of your vendor what kind of key you have out of the following:
- Trial copy (no security layer)
- LA key (Network USB hardware key, deprecated - no longer distributed)
- LS key (Network softkey)
- PA key (Individual USB hardware key, deprecated - no longer distributed)
- PS key (Individual softkey)

Hardware Keys
USB hardware keys look like the following image:
Network Installations
LA and LS means that you have a network copy.
Installation procedure for a Network copy consists of two steps. First is to install a Network License Manager. The Second is Installing the OLI Engine for UniSim.

For a LS key, you need the Network License Manager , Again you have a two step process:
