Version locked programs are those which are perpetual copies of the OLI Software in which the end-user is no longer paying for support. The version of the perpetual is locked to the final version for which the end-user paid for support.
OLI Systems, Inc. does not provide any technical support for these version locked programs other than basic installation support.
